Attorneys for the Almagor terror victims’ group, representing families whose loved ones have been injured or killed in terror attacks on Route 443, are preparing a petition to overturn the High Court decision Tuesday to open Road 443 to PA Arab vehicles. Almagor Director Meir Indor said that the court judges “have placed a ticking time bomb on Road 443 with their decision to allow thousands of PA vehicles, including those driven by wanted or freed terrorists, to drive right next to innocent Israeli families – until the next terror attack.”
